Beach towel - yes; sunscreen - yes; sunglasses pocket - not yet…
Zizi the glasses pocket is the latest in our colour field range made from upcycled windmill sailcloth.
This handmade, limited edition glasses pocket will protect your precious specs without taking up too much room. Perfect for your sunglasses too.
Unlike the cotton-based sailcloth from which our products are usually created, Zizi the glasses pocket is made from upcycled pvc/polyester windmill sailcloth canvas.
It is made from a sailcloth that hung on one of the windmills from Schiedam, most likely as part of the 2007 celebrations for the Year of the Mills.
After all the festivities were over, this sailcloth was replaced with a traditional brown one.
Only 15 glasses pockets have been made from a single sailcloth, and each one is unique. Choose your pixelated patterns in a range of blue, yellow, black, red, white, and more.
Zizi has been perfectly designed to snugly and safely hold most reading glasses or sunglasses.
Hand-made in South Holland by the Mill Made team in Dordrecht.

The pixelated canvas was part of a promotion some time in the past in Schiedam. Unfortunately, no-one can confirm exactly why or when!
A mystery to be solved. Perhaps you know the answer.
